Penetration testing & security consulting

VAPT & Penetration Testing Services
for businesses in Mumbai & Thane.

You will be tested — the only question is by whom. Every system gets probed — by attackers, every day. A timely penetration test finds the same weaknesses first, while there's still time to fix them quietly.

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Report your developers can act on the same week.

Anatomy of a breach

How an attack happens

This is not hypothetical. This is the playbook used against companies like yours, every week. Watch how fast it moves once it starts.

  1. Stage 1

    Reconnaissance

The attacker maps everything you expose to the internet — subdomains, open ports, employee emails, leaked credentials. Most companies have no idea how much of this is visible.

Days 1–7 · you notice nothing

  2. Stage 2

    Initial access

One phishing email, one unpatched service, one SQL injection in a forgotten login form. A single foothold is all it takes — and most breaches start with something this ordinary.

    Day 8 · still nothing

  3. Stage 3

    Privilege escalation

From a low-privilege shell to domain admin. Misconfigurations and unpatched privilege-escalation flaws do the heavy lifting — the attacker just follows the path your setup left open.

Days 9–14 · logs exist, nobody reads them

  4. Stage 4

    Lateral movement

Quietly spreading across your network — file shares, databases, backups, email. By now the attacker knows your infrastructure better than some of your own staff do.

Days 15–30 · the damage compounds silently

  5. Stage 5

    Exfiltration / ransomware

Customer data leaves your network — or every screen in the office goes dark with a ransom note. This is the first moment most companies learn they were breached. Weeks after it started.

Day 30+ · now everyone knows

A penetration test walks this exact path — deliberately, with your permission, and stops to document every weakness it finds along the way.

Why timing matters

The pentest difference

Same vulnerabilities. Two very different outcomes — decided entirely by who finds them first.

Without timely testing

Found by an attacker

  • Discovered at 2 AM, during an incident
  • Customer data already exfiltrated
  • Ransom demand or public disclosure
  • Regulatory notices and legal exposure
  • Trust rebuilt over years, if ever
  • Remediation under panic, at any cost

You pay — in money, reputation, and sleep.

With a timely pentest

Found by us, fixed by you

  • Discovered on day 2 of a planned engagement
  • Documented with proof of concept
  • Fixed quietly, on your schedule
  • Evidence for auditors and customers
  • Team learns; the same flaw never returns
  • Fixed at the cost of a normal sprint

You pay for the test. That's the whole bill.

Read this carefully

Every week you wait, the odds move against you.

Attackers don't wait for your budget cycle. Automated scanners probe your public systems continuously — whether you've scheduled a pentest or not.

You can't fix what you haven't found. The vulnerabilities sitting in your production systems right now are invisible to you — and visible to anyone who looks.

Your competitors are testing. Enterprise clients increasingly ask vendors for pentest reports before signing. "We've never been tested" is becoming a lost deal.

Compliance deadlines don't move. ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, DPDP — audits arrive on schedule whether you're ready or not. A pentest report is evidence. Its absence is a finding.

One scoping call. No obligation. You'll know exactly what testing you need and what it costs.

Services

What we deliver

Six services covering assessment, testing, review and training. Most engagements combine two or three.

  • Security assessments

A structured review of your environment against a clear baseline, producing a prioritised list of what to fix first and why — not a generic score.

  • VAPT — Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing

Systematic testing of your applications, APIs and networks to find and prove vulnerabilities before someone else does. Reported with reproducible steps and clear remediation.

  • Application security review

Source code review and black-box testing of your web applications and APIs, focused on the vulnerabilities that actually get exploited in production.

  • Network security review

Traffic analysis, configuration review and segmentation assessment, with practical recommendations for what to change and what to leave alone.

  • Employee security awareness training

Practical awareness sessions built around the threats your staff actually face. Not a compliance checkbox — a session people remember and apply.

  • Custom corporate training

Technical training for your engineering, IT or security team, built around your environment, your tools and the specific skills your organisation needs to build.

How we work

Our engagement process

Five steps, in this order, every time. No proposal until we both understand the problem.

  1. Initial conversation

A short call to understand what has prompted the engagement, what the organisation already knows, and what success would look like. No cost, no obligation, and no attempt to sell you a service you do not need.

  2. Scoping

A written scope that lists what is in, what is out, what we need from your team and what you will receive. Anything that would otherwise be ambiguous goes in writing here, before work begins.

  3. Proposal and agreement

A fixed-scope proposal with a fixed fee, timeline and deliverables. Where the work is inherently exploratory, we break it into stages so you can stop after any stage.

  4. Delivery

Testing, review or training, delivered by working practitioners. You have direct access to the people doing the work — no account manager in the middle. Regular updates so you always know where things stand.

  5. Report and debrief

A written report in plain language, a debrief call to walk through findings, and a period of follow-up support while your team acts on what we found. If anything in the report is unclear, we keep explaining until it is not.

Why work with us

What you can expect from an engagement

We are not the largest consultancy in India. We are small on purpose, because it means the people who scope your work are the people who deliver it and the people who will still be around when you have questions.

  • Fixed scope, fixed fee. No surprise line items, no change-order games. If the scope needs to change, we talk about it before doing the work.
  • Findings you can act on. Every finding includes a reproducible proof of concept, the risk in plain language, and a specific remediation.
  • Working practitioners. The person who tests your application is the person who writes the report. No handovers, no junior substitutions.
  • Training you can reuse. When we train your team, the aim is that the next assessment is done internally. That is a good outcome for us, not a bad one.
  • Honest limits. If a piece of work is outside our competence, we tell you and recommend someone else. We would rather lose the engagement than take it on badly.

Common questions

Questions from organisations

If your question is not here, our sales team will answer it directly.

Every engagement is priced on its scope, so there is no fixed rate card that applies to all work. What we can promise is a fixed fee in the proposal — no time and materials, no surprises. If the scope needs to change during the work, we discuss it in writing before proceeding.

Not if it is scoped properly. Standard practice is to test on a staging or pre-production copy of your environment, and reserve production testing for cases where it is genuinely required and explicitly agreed in advance. Where production testing is warranted, we plan it with your team and schedule it during low-traffic windows.

We work under an NDA signed before the engagement begins, and we treat any data we encounter as confidential by default. Test data, captured traffic and any client information are destroyed at the end of the engagement unless you specifically ask us to retain something for a follow-up. Specific retention terms are agreed in writing as part of the scope.

Sometimes, where it makes sense for both sides — for example, a quarterly re-test of a specific application after each release, or a standing advisory arrangement. We do not sell retainers as a default because most organisations do not need one. Where we do propose one, it is because the work is genuinely ongoing.

Yes, and for many organisations this is the better option. Our custom corporate training is built around your environment and your team's current skill level, with the explicit goal that your people can handle routine work themselves. We are happy to do both — assess once, train the team, and be available when the harder questions come up.

Most commonly: software and SaaS companies, financial services, healthcare and education providers, and any organisation with a web application or a customer-facing API. We do not claim sector-specific certifications we do not hold. If your industry has regulatory requirements beyond the standard, tell us in the initial call and we will confirm whether we are the right fit.

Your systems are being tested right now.

Make sure the next person to find a weakness in them is working for you.
