60 Minutes That Can Change a Student’s Perspective
A structured, high-impact cybersecurity guidance session designed to bridge the gap between syllabus and industry — delivered free at your campus by working practitioners.
One session, no cost, no obligation
The Solid Shell runs a free, practical cybersecurity guidance session inside colleges and universities. It is a single 60-minute session delivered by working practitioners, built around live demonstration rather than slide-only theory, and designed to bridge the gap between syllabus and industry.
The 60-minute cybersecurity guidance session is completely free for the college — no cost, no obligation. If your institution would like a deeper workshop or training program beyond this session, those are paid engagements; the fee depends on the workshop or training you choose.
The session is delivered on your campus — we travel to colleges across Maharashtra. All you need is a room and a projector; we handle the rest.

How a session runs
Once a session is booked, we agree the slot and the audience with your contact person. The session is built around live demonstration rather than slide delivery — students see tools being used and systems being examined in front of them, and are encouraged to ask questions throughout rather than save them for the end.
A projector and a room are enough. If a computer lab is available we can adapt, but the session is designed to work as a guided demonstration for a full class.
The session also gives your institution a first-hand look at how we teach — if you like what you see, we offer paid workshops and training programs tailored to your students. There is no obligation either way.
Request received!
Thank you — your session request has been received. Our outreach team will contact you shortly.
Questions about the free session
If your question is not here, our outreach team will answer it directly.
Correct. The session described on this page is free. There is no charge to the college, no charge to the students, and no obligation to book anything further afterwards. We offer it because we believe the industry should be more present in the classroom than it currently is.
The session is designed for a single class or batch — typically 60 to 120 students. If you want to run it for a larger audience, or for multiple batches back to back, that can be arranged; just say so in your request and we will discuss the logistics.
No. A projector and a room are enough. We will confirm what suits your facilities when we agree the date.
Yes, provided we agree in advance. The session includes a live attack demonstration, which is best not circulated as an unedited video. Mention it in your request and we will work out what is appropriate.
Use the request form on this page, or email outreach@thesolidshell.com. Tell us a few possible dates, and we will come back with what we can do.
